(“NIRAP”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from NIRAP.org (the “Site”) or access our online video courses. 1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide:
- Account information: name, email address, password
- Purchase information: billing name, address, phone number, and payment details (processed securely by our payment providers)
- Course-related data: progress, completion status, and quiz/test results (if applicable)
- Communications: support inquiries, feedback, or certificate requests
Information Collected Automatically:
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and time spent on the SiteCourse
- Access logs: which courses you view and when
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5)
Payment Information:
We use Woo Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay. We do not store full credit card or payment account numbers on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Process your purchases and grant access to courses
- Track course progress and issue Certificates of Completion (including 5 CE hours where applicable)
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Send important transactional emails (order confirmation, access instructions, certificate delivery)
- Improve our courses and Site experience
- Detect and prevent fraud
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only in the following limited circumstances:
- With service providers: hosting providers, payment processors (Woo Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay), email delivery services, and certificate generation tools
- For legal reasons: to comply with court orders, subpoenas, or applicable law

We do not share information with shipping carriers (we offer no physical products) or third-party advertisers.

Our Site and courses are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide course access, issue certificates, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Account and purchase records are typically kept for at least 7 years for accounting and tax purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
