These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the NIRAP website(s) (NIRAP.org and related subdomains) and the purchase of access to our online video courses (collectively, the “Site” or “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or purchasing a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or make any purchase.

1. General
1.1 These Terms form a binding agreement between you and National Institute for Responsible AI Practice, Corp.
1.2 We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Account Registration and Security
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase courses.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2.3 Each registration is for a single user only. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
3. Purchases and Access to Courses
3.1 All purchases are one-time payments for access to specific online video courses.
3.2 We accept payments through Woo Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely. Prices are in USD and subject to change.
3.3 Access is generally granted immediately after successful payment (subject to any review period).
3.4 Refund Policy: Because our courses are digital and provide immediate access, all sales are final and non-refundable once the course has been accessed. If you have not yet accessed the course, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a refund (subject to our discretion and applicable law). Please review course details carefully before purchasing.
4. Licensing and Use of Course Content
4.1 Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream and view the course videos for your personal or professional, non-commercial use only.
4.2 This license does not include the right to download, record, copy, share, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly display the content.
4.3 Access may be time-limited depending on the specific course (as stated on the product page). We reserve the right to revoke access for violations of these Terms.
4.4 You may not use any technical means to circumvent access restrictions, remove watermarks/DRM, or attempt to extract the video content.
5. Continuing Education (CE) Hours and Certificate
5.1 Successful completion of the course (as determined by NIRAP) earns 5 Continuing Education TREC (CE) hours and a Certificate of Completion.
5.2 Certificates are issued electronically and are non-transferable.
5.3 We make no representations or guarantees regarding the acceptance of these CE hours by any professional board, licensing body, or employer. It is your responsibility to verify whether these CE hours meet your specific requirements.
6. Content on the Site
6.1 All materials on the Site (videos, articles, images, audio, etc.) are protected by copyright and owned or controlled by National Institute for Responsible AI Practice, Corp. or its licensors.
6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content except as expressly permitted in Section 4.
6.3 The Site may contain links to third-party resources. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not:

- Use any course content to train or develop AI/ML models or generative tools.

- Attempt to scrape, copy, or extract video content.

- Share access with others or use the Site for commercial purposes.

- Violate any applicable laws or interfere with the Site’s operation.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and content on the Site belong to National Institute for Responsible AI Practice, Corp. No rights are granted except the limited license in Section 4.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site and courses are provided “AS IS” without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the courses will meet your specific needs, produce specific results, be error-free, or that the CE hours or certificate will be accepted by any third party.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, National Institute for Responsible AI Practice, Corp. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course in question.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold National Institute for Responsible AI Practice, Corp., its officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or any misuse of the CE certificate.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time, but no refunds will be issued for accessed courses.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
13. Changes to Terms
We may change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance.
